Conflict Management Coaching
Conflict often arises because human beings process information in many ways. We work with individuals or groups, to enable understanding of the various behaviours, beliefs and preferences that contribute to conflict and create a conscious awareness of their own approach to managing conflict.
We subscribe to the The CINERGY® model of conflict management which integrates executive coaching, conflict management and neuroscience principles. It is a dynamic seven stage process that is specifically designed to help clients improve their conflict management skills and abilities according to each person’s individual and specific goals.
